Hi, I’m Nicole!
Nonprofit strategist & public health program leader
Who I am
I’m a public health professional with more than two decades of experience driving organizational impact. I’ve been an Executive Director and an adjunct professor; I’ve run national programs and built digital products; I’ve facilitated multi-day retreats and written curricula.
Most importantly, I’m committed to advancing health equity, reproductive justice, LGBTQ inclusion, and helping our communities thrive.
What I do
I help organizations at critical junctures. I work with you to plan and launch new programs, taking the lead on conducting formative research, creating project plans, facilitating group convenings, developing content, and more.
Sometimes I embed as a fractional program leader to get a project off the ground, mentoring staff to take over management and sustain the project long-term.
Who I work with
My clients include nonprofits, public health agencies, startups, and coalitions of these groups. They bring me on at critical junctures like when they’ve received funding to launch a new program, when they’re forming a coalition and want to align on goals and roles, or simply when they need a strategy reset.
They range in size and mission, but they share a commitment to social, economic, and racial justice.
